Selena Gomez took a
break early last year from touring to handle her health. Now the 23-year-old
singer is opening up about exactly what she was suffering from.
“I was diagnosed with
lupus, and I’ve been through chemotherapy. That’s what my break was really
about. I could’ve had a stroke," Gomez told Billboard for its latest cover
story.
